What's cooking next...

Feeding further into my cooking passion, I made a trip to The Spice Shop in Portobello Road in April, and came back with a fabulous array of spices

And after a 3 month wait, the tagine finally arrived!!!...and its own little charcoal stove
































With a new cookbook with lots of tagine ideas








And I've also got to learn how to make preserved lemons for that authentic flavour
